Section 1: General
The following are the By-Laws of Turtle Creek Estates Home Owners Association, Inc., a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the "Association"). The Association is organized pursuant to Section 515B.3-101 of the Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act (the "Act") for the purpose of operating and managing Turtle Creek Estates, a planned community created pursuant to the Act. The terms used in these By-Laws shall have the same meaning as they have in the Declaration of Turtle Creek Estates (the "Declaration") and the Act.
