Turtle Creek Estates is our original subdivision and shares our corporate name. People who are looking for a little slower pace, fresh air, great sunsets and a glimpse of wildlife find the area very attractive. Almost one-third of the original forty-seven lots are still available - ranging from $39,000 to $79,000. Some of these are on the pond and would work great for a walk-out basement.

A few years ago we opened Wildwood Estates, a planned community in the southeast corner of Turtle Creek Estates. These wooded lots are unique to the Austin area, being fully wooded and with almost all enjoying cul-de-sac privacy, mature trees, wildlife galore and maintaining a rural feel, while still being just a couple minutes from the heart of Austin. These lots start at $79,000.

The Meadows is found in southwest Austin at the intersection of 29th St SW and 16th Avenue SW. This all new subdivision is Austin's newest and consists of forty-three lots in the initial phase. Water, gas, electricity are all installed and there are no assessments to worry about. Turtle Creek Construction has built ten townhome units in Townhomes at the Meadows. Base units range in price from $189,000 for one level to $249,000 with a full basement. When completed the area with have twenty-six townhome units. There is almost always a model available for viewing. Of the original seventeen single family residential lots eleven remain - prices start at $35,000 for these lots.

The newest subdivision is called Seven Springs III and is an extension (to the west) of the existing Seven Springs development. These lots are almost all suitable for walkout basements and the rolling landscape makes it unique to Austin. The original twenty-one lots are selling quickly so drive through to see what is being built. These lots are priced at $49,000.
